Nam Khanh Invest Co., Ltd was established in June 2009 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cowaelmic — Water & Electricity Installation and Construction Joint Stock Company — a business with more than forty years in civil and industrial construction and mechanical-electrical installation.
Its main activity today is construction contracting: foundations, basements, superstructure, finishing, site levelling and technical infrastructure for civil, residential and urban-area projects. Alongside that, the company develops and leases industrial space on its own land in Hai Phong.
Nam Khanh is currently main contractor on a social housing development in Phuoc An, Dong Nai Province, for which Cowaelmic is the investor, assigned by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee under Decision No. 1192/QD-UBND dated 5 September 2025.
Projects that define the company’s track record include the twenty-seven-storey N01-T3 tower in the Diplomatic Corps Area in Hanoi, the An Binh mixed-use building in Dinh Cong, the H098 & T106 apartment complex in Ho Chi Minh City, and the full infrastructure and low-rise housing of the Xuan Hoa new urban area from 2020 onward — a total of VND 884.7 billion of construction work delivered.
